Turning Point Experience Inc. is a 501(c)3 IRS designated not-for-profit organization founded in May 1999 to educate, equip and empower students with training, resources and programming necessary to increase their decision-making capabilities and skills that will result in providing informed, intelligent choices regarding the destructive issues in life. The organization provides a number of programs geared toward the education and development of youth with strong prevention and intervention methodoligies.
Specifically, TPE leadership utilizes experiences gained from administrating over 2,000 individual on-site school assembly programs and more than 450 evening youth rallies among other activities. The TPE Executive Team of PhD level experts and professionals provides more than 100 years of combined academic curriculum development and instructional experience. For almost 20 years, TPE's leadership have collaborated with world-renowned experts in relevant fields, concerning each teen issue, to build a strategic initiative to effectively address the challenges that face contemporary youth, their families and communities.
Additionally, the organization receives input and expert advice from a board of directors comprised of seasoned educational experts. The board works with the leadership of the organization in determining policy and program direction, as well as research efforts to identify specific trends with regard to student achievement and life learning.
